Application area:
The rotary-type sensor DR-15 is designed to monitor the limit level of bulk products in containers.
Operating principle:
The motor rotates the sensor paddle at a speed of 1 rpm until the controlled product is outside its range of motion. When the product reaches the sensor’s set level, the paddle is fixed, causing the motor to move between microswitches, subsequently switching the sensor’s output contact and turning off the motor. As the product level decreases, the spring returns the motor to its initial position, the paddle is released, the motor is turned on again, and the output contact returns to its initial state.

Installation:
The sensor is installed on the container’s body at the height of the monitored level. If it’s necessary to monitor the level at a certain distance from the top of the container, an extension of the sensor housing’s working part is used. It is prohibited to install the level sensor directly in the product flow.
