The BIT-12D unit is designed for collecting, primary processing, and transmitting data from temperature sensors of TP-DM, TP-DN, and/or TP-DS temperature probes to a PC. BIT-12D units can be integrated into an RS485 standard information network and support the ModBus network protocol.
Up to 12 (optionally up to 14) TP-DM, TP-DN, and/or TP-DS temperature probes can be connected to a single BIT-12D unit. The number of BIT-12D units in the temperature measurement system can be up to 225. The measurement unit is housed in a plastic casing with an IP66 protection rating.
